After we deliver each asset for your review. If a delivered asset (video, copy, article) isn’t up to the standard we promised, you claim on that line item.

7 days from the delivery of each asset. File one form on your dashboard; we respond within 48 business hours. Undelivered promised items are always refundable.

You keep the work

Refunds are per line item, and you keep any assets already delivered — the UGC video, the copy, the article are yours to use even after a refund.
