After we deliver each asset for your review. If a delivered asset (video, copy, article) isn’t up to the standard we promised, you claim under your boost’s guarantee, shown on each card above.
From the day an asset is delivered until 14 days after your campaign ends. Claim from your dashboard or by email; we respond within 48 business hours. Undelivered promised items are always refundable.
Each guarantee says what is refunded - the full price, or the item we missed. Either way you keep any assets already delivered: the UGC video, the copy, the article are yours.
