TechProductIndia offers a clear, written execution and asset guarantee on every paid tier. This Refund Policy explains how those guarantees work, when you are entitled to a refund, and how to claim one.
1. Asset & Execution Guarantees Per Tier
Each paid tier carries a specific commitment to deliver creative assets (such as UGC videos, copy audits, and press releases) and distribute them across our channels. The guarantee in effect at the time of your purchase, as displayed on our pricing page, is the binding commitment.
Indicative guarantees at the time of writing:
- The "No Brainer" Launch — We guarantee a high-quality copy audit that improves your messaging. If you don't believe it adds value, we refund you.
- The Growth Engine — We guarantee a custom, high-converting UGC video. If the video does not meet your expectations, we will refund you in full.
- The Market Domination — We guarantee the delivery of 3 videos, confirmed press hits, and cold outreach. If we miss any deliverable, we refund that line item.
2. Measuring Execution
Unlike platforms that guarantee arbitrary vanity metrics (which are easily faked by bots), we guarantee the **quality of the assets produced** and the **fact of distribution**.
If we say we will feature you in a newsletter, we will provide the link. If we say we will produce a video, we will deliver the MP4. You are the final judge on whether the creative asset meets the standard promised on the pricing page.
3. Filing a Claim
Refund or re-run claims are filed from your TechProductIndia dashboard. The claim window is open from the end of your campaign window to 14 calendar days after.
We respond to every claim within 48 business hours.
4. When Refunds Are NOT Available
To keep the offer honest on both sides, refunds are not available where:
- You manipulated traffic or upvotes (we run anti-fraud checks)
- Your product was suspended or rejected during the campaign for a Terms violation
- The claim is filed outside the 14-day window
- The creative assets were already approved and published by you
5. How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Razorpay. Processing typically completes within 7–10 business days, though banks may take additional time to credit your account.
GST collected on the refunded amount is also refunded, in accordance with Indian tax law.
6. Cancellations Before Campaign Start
You may cancel any paid tier and receive a full refund up until the campaign “start” date displayed on your dashboard. Once a campaign has started (typically within 48 hours of payment), the outcome guarantee applies in lieu of a cancellation right.
7. Free Listings
Free listings have no associated fee, and therefore no refund. We may, however, archive or remove free listings in accordance with our Terms.
8. Disputes
If you disagree with a claim decision, email support@techproductindia.com within 14 days of the decision. We will escalate to a senior reviewer and respond within 7 business days.
