Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher), to create a TechProductIndia account. If you create an account on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Accounts

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Keep your account credentials confidential
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorised use of your account
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

3. Free Listings

TechProductIndia permits any eligible creator to list their product on the free tier. Free listings remain on TechProductIndia subject to compliance with these Terms and our content guidelines. We may, in our sole discretion, remove, archive, or hide any listing that violates these Terms, applicable law, or our community standards.

4. Paid Tiers and Campaigns

Paid tiers - one-off launch boosts (No Brainer, Growth Engine, Market Domination), monthly or yearly plans (Pro, Priority, Scale), and any custom tier we offer - entitle you to the deliverables, and for launch boosts the written guarantee, published on our pricing page at the time of purchase. Plans renew automatically until you cancel; cancelling stops renewal at the end of the paid period.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclusive of 18% GST, which is added at checkout. A GST tax invoice from Desisle LLP is available for every payment under Settings → Billing, or on request at contact@techproductindia.com. Add your GSTIN there before you pay if you want it on the invoice.

Payment is processed by Razorpay. By initiating a paid tier, you authorise Razorpay to charge your selected payment method.

5. Execution Guarantees and Refunds

Where a paid tier carries a specific execution or asset guarantee (e.g. delivery of a custom UGC video), and we fail to deliver that asset or distribution within the campaign window, you may file a refund claim from your TechProductIndia dashboard or by email, as set out in the refund policy. We will respond to all claims within 48 business hours.

Refunds, when granted, are processed back to the original payment method via Razorpay, usually within 5–7 business days and at most 10, depending on your bank.

6. Content You Submit

You retain ownership of all content you submit to TechProductIndia, including product descriptions, logos, screenshots, videos, and any other materials (“Your Content”). By submitting Your Content, you grant TechProductIndia a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to host, display, distribute, reproduce, adapt, and promote Your Content for the purpose of operating and marketing the Service.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant this licence, and that Your Content does not infringe any third-party rights or applicable law.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Submit unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, or misleading content
• Submit malware, viruses, or otherwise harmful code
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation
• Manipulate upvotes, reviews, comments, or other engagement metrics
• Scrape, mine, or otherwise extract data from the Service without our written consent
• Use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm any individual
• Circumvent our moderation, rate limits, or security measures
• Resell or redistribute paid-tier deliverables without our written consent

8. Moderation

We review every product submission before it is publicly listed. Approval is at our sole discretion. We may reject submissions that do not meet quality, legality, or community standards.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

The TechProductIndia name, logo, design, source code, and all related intellectual property are owned by TechProductIndia or our licensors and are protected by Indian and international intellectual property law.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the TechProductIndia brand without our prior written consent, except as expressly permitted by paid-tier deliverables (e.g. a “Featured by TechProductIndia” badge).

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time from Settings → Account. Closing your account does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid, except where required by the refund policy.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these Terms.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, except as expressly stated in our execution guarantees. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TechProductIndia’s aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service in any twelve-month period shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid TechProductIndia in that period or (b) INR 10,000.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability, or any right you have, that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.

14. Launch Days, Awards and Badges

A listing goes live when it is approved. Its launch is a separate, scheduled day on which it appears in “Launching today” and on that day’s board.

• Free listings are queued to the next day with open capacity. Listings with an active paid plan or launch boost may choose their day.
• A product can launch once every 90 days.
• The top three products on a day’s board, ranked by vouches, are named Product of the Day. Awards are earned on platform activity and are never sold.
• Award winners may embed their award badge free of charge. Makers who embed our badge may receive extra launch capacity and a followed link from their product page.

15. Sponsored Placements

• Sponsored placements are paid from a prepaid wallet. You are charged only for counted visitors - clicks that pass our bot and repeat-click filters - at the price and daily cap you set.
• Sponsored placements are always labelled as sponsored and never change editorial rankings.
• Links in paid placements do not pass search-engine ranking credit.
• We may pause or decline a placement that breaks these Terms; any unspent balance stays in your wallet.

16. Community Features

Vouches, comments, reviews and collections are public by default (a collection can be made private). Builder points and streaks are calculated from this activity; they cannot be bought, and self-vouches do not count. We may remove activity that games rankings, points or awards.

17. Free Website Audit

• Only scan websites you own or are authorised to review.
• The audit reads publicly available pages, follows the site’s robots.txt and identifies itself as TechProductIndiaAudit.
• Findings come from automated checks and are provided for information only, without any warranty.
• The full report is shared after you verify an email address on the scanned domain.

18. Deals

Deals and discount codes are offered by makers, not by TechProductIndia. The maker is responsible for honouring them; we are not a party to any purchase you make. Codes are shown to signed-in visitors.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via a notice on the Service at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
