Suvadu

Suvadu is an open-source shell history and AI agent memory tool for developers. It helps you find commands you’ve run, understand what your coding agents did, and carry useful context into your next session. When work is spread across terminals and AI tools, it’s easy to lose the command that worked, repeat a failed approach, or explain the same project context again. Suvadu brings searchable command history, captured agent sessions, and reusable instructions together. With Suvadu, you can: - Find and reuse commands with searchable history, bookmarks, and directory filters. - Review agent activity through captured prompts, commands, exit codes, and session timelines. - Continue work across agents by letting compatible assistants retrieve session context and explicitly save summaries through MCP. - Share reusable skills across supported coding tools instead of maintaining separate instructions everywhere. Built in Rust for macOS and Linux, Suvadu supports Bash and Zsh, with integrations for tools including Claude Code, Codex, and OpenCode. History is stored locally in SQLite, with configurable exclusions and secret redaction. No required account or cloud service—just useful memory for your terminal and coding agents.
